Chickpea Chuna Sandwich

This tuna alternative is packed full of nutrients and tastes delicious!


    • 1 can of chickpeas
    • Sliced bread
    • Vegan mayonaise
    • Alfalfa sprouts
    • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 tsp Fermented Chlorella powder
    • 1 tsp ULTANA Phytoplankton
    • Pepper
    • Salt


Add the chickpeas to a bowl and mash them. Then add your salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, fermented chlorella powder, phytoplankton powder and juice of 1 lemon. Stir to combine.

Slice your bread, and spread with some vegan mayonnaise. Spoon on your chickpea mixture and top with alfalfa sprouts.
